Our Philosophy
We believe in the power of head-hunting. Our job is to identify and recruit the 80% of available candidates that would be willing to explore a new opportunity but aren’t actively on the market.
Once we determine the search profile, we research the market and draw up a comprehensive list of list of executives in similar or analogous positions. Each of these executives is approached on a confidential basis on our client’s behalf and interested candidates are invited to meet for an interview.
